Elopements (mid week only) - up to 8 people

An intimate, atmospheric and very personal way to get married in a beautiful and heavenly setting.

You and your partner can arrive at Pauntley Court from 9am on your Wedding Day. Get ready in the comfort of the Elinor Fettiplace wing for your very personal and private ceremony which can be in the panelled room or out in one of the tranquil outdoor ceremony spaces.

After spend some time with your photographer and explore the gardens and grounds while your small wedding party has a drink and some canapes before indulging in an intimate wedding breakfast. At around 8pm your guests can head off and you will retire to the romantic wing of the house, Elinor Fettiplace.

The next morning, wake up to birdsong and the sun streaming through your window. Enjoy a lazy morning and delicious locally sourced breakfast hamper before heading off on your honeymoon!

Elopement

Micro Wedding -  16 people

A whole wedding weekend for you both and an additional 14 guests staying at Pauntley Court. Exclusive use of the Main House, including the private one bedroom wing we call Elinor Fettiplace for the couple, as well as the gardens and 20 acres of grounds, for three days and two nights. 
 
On your Wedding Day on the Saturday, say ‘I do’ in the church next door, in our Panelled Room or our elegant Ballroom or choose from one of our six stunning outdoor garden rooms in the formal gardens.  
 
Afterwards, have an intimate wedding breakfast under the hornbeam arches or inside in The Ballroom before a first dance with your nearest and dearest staying with you.

Petite Wedding - 24 people

 
 A three day wedding experience in a magical and special place for you both and up to 22 close family and friends staying with you. From Friday at midday until Sunday at 4pm, you will have exclusive use of the Pauntley Court Estate.
 
Ths includes the Main House including the private one bedroomed suite; Elinor Fettiplace as well as the additional 16th century Dovecote.  With stunning gardens and 20 acres for your exlusive enjoyment.
 
On the Saturday, choose to have an intimate ceremony in the Norman church next door, out in one of the six garden spaces or in the elegant Ballroom. After, indulge in a wedding breakfast under the hornbeam arches for 24, followed by dancing in The Ballroom.

Intimate Wedding - 32 (plus an optional 8) 

 

A whole weekend staying from a Friday at midday until a Sunday at 4pm for you and 22 family and friends staying across our 10 beautiful bedrooms. 

On your wedding day, have 30 guests to celebrate and enjoy using the unique house and stunning gardens to create the big day of your dreams. ( It is possible to extend your numbers to a maximun of 40). 

 
Decide on a church wedding or civil wedding in the elegant Ballroom or an intimate outdoor ceremony in one of the beautiful garden spaces followed by drinks and canapes in The Panelled Room in the cooler months or under the “Tentickle” stretch tent and the hornbeams in the summer months.
 
A magical midsummer night's dream-esque wedding breakfast can be out in the gardens with dancing,  music and fun in the intimate Ballroom and use of a beautiful bar in The Panelled room.  An evening  party for you both and your 30 close family and friends.
 

One Day Midweek Weddings - up to 32 people

Why not decide to marry midweek at Pauntley Court?!

You would be able to arrive from 9am on your Wedding Day, and enjoy time to get ready in our Wedding Suite, the wing of the main house, Elinor Fettiplace or the stunning 15th Century Dovecote.

You and your partner and 30 guests for your wedding day with exclusive access to the main house and all the formal gardens and grounds for one day. Then after your guests leave in the early evening; you have the luxury of a one-night stay in our romantic, private wing of the main house, called Elinor Fettiplace. This luxurious and cosy suite is a split level private wing, with its own access and your own kitchen and comfy sitting room with a woodburner. There is a  huge double bedroom with a super king bed, and bathroom with large bath and walk in shower.   It has stunning views over the quince tree orchard and across the beautiful Gloucestershire countryside beyond.

One Day Weddings

Large Wedding - Now Only Available for 2026 

Up to 100 guests. Staying with your close family and friends for 3 days and 2 nights at Pauntley Court is the most special way to make lifelong memories of your wedding. Have time to decorate and check your marquee the night before your big day. Wake up and get ready with your family and bridesmaids around you. What could be more exciting than looking out and watching the sunrise behind your marquee.
